I am Degree Qualified in Business Administration and have a PostGraduate in Local Government Management in Brazil. I am an experienced administrative professional, I am able to support public services by communication, managing conflicts and delivery services. Passionate about plan, organisation, maintaining relevant projects and informations, and determined to work within a busy environment. While working in the health department at the local government in Brazil, I was able to support the team providing excellence in consumer services, community engagement and ensure citizen’s wellbeing.Working as a Technical Consumer Law Consultant I was responsible to conduct conciliatory meetings, identifying and solving consumers conflicts based in the Consumer Protection Laws of Brazil.I collaborated with a project to issue the Consumer Protection Laws and provide advice to the local businesses in the city. We assured businesses were abiding by the laws of the local government whilst promoting fair trading and consumer protection. This project effectively reduced the number of customers complaints consistently of the years of my time in the department.I became part of the Commission of the Consumer Protection, we conducted presentations to establish a consumer education program, focus on policy development, community education and service delivery.All my experience and my studies improved my skills to work in different types of workplace environments and also increase my communications and organisational skills.
