The Customer Success is responsible for driving adoption through a successful guidance during the Customer Lifecycle on the Cloud, guaranteeing that all milestones are delivered in accordance with the customers' expectations to provide them a unique experience.Primary responsibilities:•Onboarding Cloud customers and establishing customer relationships;•Welcoming all new customers and educating them on Oracle Cloud resources;•Communicating the Oracle Cloud vision and product;•Maximize Customer retention and success while also driving increased subscription revenue in SaaS;•Ensure regular proactive communication;•Work closely with the support, presales and consulting teams including partners to make sure you can deliver the program content and resolve customer needs in an effective and high quality way;•Driving expansion opportunities;•Delivering best practice guidance;•Advocating for product enhancements on behalf of customers.
