Currently I´m the Portuguese Operations Manager at Vip District, an innovative Spanish Saas company that operates in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Netherlands, in employer branding and customer loyalty areas. I sarted working here in 2020 as a Customer Success Executive being responsible to launch and retain dozens of projects of Employer Branding and Customer Loyalty for big brands like Accenture, Deloitte, Farfetch, Outsystems, Aubay, Randstad, Fidelidade, Ageas, among others. Nowadays I lead the CSEs in PT and help the team to achieve the best possible results.Before that, I worked for 10 years as a Training Consultant and Digital Marketing Manager in FLAG (Rumos Group). Alongside, from 2014 to 2017 I attended a Fast-Track MBA in Marketing, Creativity and Strategy (162h), and also a training program called Digital Marketing Academy (453h). This last one includes extended and specialized courses in Search Engine Marketing (SEO, Adwords, Analytics), Social Media Marketing, E-Mail Marketing, Web Copywriting, Digital Advertising, Mobile Marketing and others.I´m always trying to achieve new projects in my professional life. I´m ambitious, honest, kind and people oriented, I always believe that a positive attitude is the main key to achieve great results.I also founded im 2017 my own business of Bridal Beauty for Luxury Destination Weddings in PT.
