That means decades of life, work, and business experience. I’ve written (and self-published) a vegan book, taught yoga and mindfulness practices to hundreds of students, coached individuals on embracing healthy eating, supported close to one thousand older adults to age with dignity in their home environments. I’m a content writer for the yoga and plant-based whole foods industries, with a Master’s thesis under my belt. I am committed to my holistic, spiritual and personal growth. I’ve had huge successes, and massive failures, heart-breaks and immense joy. I know what it is to be human!My heart aches for our Mother Earth. But getting sad, angry, frustrated or violent isn’t going to help anyone. These thoughts and emotions are fuelled by fear. I have learnt that fear isn’t helping anyone.
