We specialized in high-end residential, commercial and retail projects, mainly in the planning and execution process, while always taking a consulting and advising role in the design process as a collaborator for designers and architects.We partner with Brandstudio S.A.S. a creative agency, as consultants and as their interior design/construction team for brand development.

I implemented ArcelorMittal ́s cut and figure service “Belgo Pronto” in the then newly-opened steel plant in Colombia and trained all technical personnel. I was also in charge of seeking business opportunities, as I knew the local market very well.I created and organized the department of construction customer assistance and engineering services; trained and gave support to the sales department in the Belgo Pronto program. And in general, planned and controlled all processes involved in the program (customer support, engineering analysis, production, logistics).

With this company I built three projects:A 60,000 m2 beach resort including 72 houses, internal roads and amenities such as pools, tennis and volleyball courts, and wellness spaces (sauna, gym, etc.)A 20,000 m2 three-tower building complex, including 172 apartments and amenities.A 25,000 m2 five-story shopping mall. (Internship in 2008)
