• Oversee the entire purchase order process, including writing, harmonizing, and modifying orders• Maintain “open to buy” for buyers to insure they stay within allowance of current and future dollars• Manage purchase order late list weekly to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to maintain steady flow of merchandise• Execute special projects for buyers using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Buyer Control System, and Mainframe System• Interact extensively with the vendor community to resolve merchandise and operational problems• Interact with the Planning and Allocation team to resolve merchandise issues• Responsible for training new employees including instructing of best practices and all Merchandise Assistant responsibilities• Provides clerical support and general office functions (scanning, copying, and shipping) for multiple buyers in fast paced environment

Progressive work in direct sales, business development, marketing and consulting. Work directly with mall management, customer service, operations, and security teams to implement effective marketing promotions and mall events. Responsible for generating and sustaining current client relationships, developing advertising proposals and contracts. Administrative support for the Marketing team’s financial cycle as relates to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Responsible for utilizing mall websites and social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Hootsuite, Yelp and Instagram to promote mall events, sales and retailers. Planning, promoting and executing established events that gain prominent media coverage for property and analyze to identify strengths and weaknesses for future improvement.
