Founder and responsible for elaboration and execution of projects, business events and DMO's implementation.

Co-responsible for elaboration, implementation and execution of Strategic Plan of such DMO focused on Destination Marketing of Salvador, Bahia. Also in charge of job description, staffing requirements and special projects focused on establish healthy working relationships with stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization.

Planning and preparation lecturer; contact and teaching time with students; checking students' work; attending staff meetings and speaking at conferences and seminars.

As a Technician (2002/2005), Manager (2005/2007) and Superintendent (2007/2013) cooperated to establish Salvador as the 3º best city for international events in Brazil. Also coordinated 3 main teams of Events Prospection, Adm-Financial and Marketing while conducted the operational routine organization as well as the relationship with its stakeholders. During such time, Salvador CVB handled over 800 events, which meant around 828 million dollars attracted to local economy.

The ICCA Latin American Chapter Chairperson represents Latin American Chapter and related issues in any occasion applicable, in relation to its members and the ICCA Board of Directors.

The ICCA LA Chapter Deputy Chairperson assists the Chapter Chairperson in any occasion applicable in relation to the ICCA Board of Directors.
