Sr. Account Manager
CurrentMain activities:- Responsible for the partnership with key enterprise accounts in the US;- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters; - Establishes and maintains a close, trusting, and consultative relationship with customers, seeking for anticipating demands and possible problems;- Negotiates contracts and closes agreements; - Works closely with the Talent Acquisition & Delivery teams to ensure clients' needs are met;- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;- Develops new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;- Prospects new clients.
