• Meeting and/or exceeding performance and profit goals according to Franchisee’s objectives which include, but are not limited to, assisting in the selection, development and training management and hourly associates• Supervising the day-to-day task assignment and managing performance of Customer Service Associates• Overseeing cash management procedures; monitoring and analyzing reports relating to Loss Prevention and reports trends to Franchisee. • Ensure accuracy of weekly payroll, which includes the proper editing of timecards when necessary, using the appropriate charge codes and weekly submission• Respond in a timely manner to any product recall and follow established procedures• Ensure accurate stock levels by performing precise cycle counts and monitoring ordering of product and supplies with a computer and/or handheld device• Controlling inventory level by checking in all external vendors (by using a handheld device) and ensuring the delivery is accurate

• Forecast, order, stock and merchandise product • Ensure prompt reconciliation of store operations paperwork • Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service • Maintain a clean, guest friendly environment in the store

• Maintains product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs• Manages backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock products• Maintains areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to Store and Company personnel• Provides customer service to Consumers and Store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns; answering questions; locating product; and responding to assistance requests.
