Working on a diverse range of projects to realise SaltPay’s mission of helping local businesses automate financial processes through innovative, affordable, and secure payment solutions• New Customer Service Operation (Feb 2022 - )- Designing SaltPay’s Customer Service strategy and culture, to improve the quality of engagement for local businesses- Developing a tech-based omnichannel Customer Services support platform to address customer queries in real-time• Corporate IT (Nov 2021 – Jan 2022)- Restructured the Corporate IT team to align operations with the business strategy• E-Wallet for SME merchants (Mar 2021 – Oct 2021)- Developed an e-wallet that enables SME merchants to store money collected through SaltPay’s payment terminals- Led a 15-member multidisciplinary team, comprising of developers, product managers, business analysts, and designers- Applied for e-money institution license with Central Bank of Ireland• Issuing Processing Manager (Jan 2021 – Jun 2021)- Managed the business relationship with Islandsbanki, SaltPay’s key Icelandic client- Restructured the Icelandic Issuing Team, following the acquisition of Borgun, to integrate the business with the SaltPay model- Coordinated the post-acquisition integration of Paymentology, to set it up to be the Group’s main payment issuing processor

Mujeres 2000 is an NGO that helps low-income families in the north of Buenos Aires by offering three integral programs aiming to empower women, enhance students capacities and help families to have adequate housing. The program Emprende helps low-income women launch their entrepreneurial endeavours through microcredits, training, and support. The program Familias en Obra offers credits for the families to improve their houses with the support of architects and engineers. And the program Acceder Estudiando offers an economic stipend and tutoring support for young people to study a university degree. The NGO bases its impact and growth mainly on volunteers. Some of my responsibilities are: • Define strategy and growth • Collaborate in managing the finances • Collaborate in Fundraising and budget planning• Setting goals for the staff and different programs

Head of QR Code payments for Latin America - Led QR Code Payments Regional Strategy and Execution team.- Coordinated regional growth initiatives for QR code payments with the product, sales, and marketing teams. Developed a two-sided network of merchants and payers to facilitate QR-based payments in Latin America- Launched QR code payments in Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, and Perú

Head of Mercado Pago App (wallet) for Latin America- Led the regional Wallet Strategy and Execution team from the inception of the product- Defined and tracked KPIs, strategy, and financial indicators- Collaborated in building features of Mercado Pago’s Wallet: cell phone top-up, bill payments, transport cards, p2p payments, and QR code payments- Coordinated growth initiatives for the Wallet with product, sales, and marketing teams in the region- Launched QR code payments in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico

- Scouted, analysed, and selected high-impact, innovative and fast-growing companies and entrepreneurs to be part of Endeavor Network- Accelerated growth, improved efficiency, and implemented best practices in management governance for a portfolio of entrepreneurs to access mentorship from a local network of business leaders- Coordinated a strategic support program for companies funded by Mercado Libre- Oversaw selection of companies from the Fintech industry in Argentina to be part of the Endeavor network

- Oversaw gross margin and identified opportunities for increasing profitability by analysing financial metrics of various products- Helped design the pricing policy and strategy for the Gums and Candies category for the Argentinian market- Provided financial support and aligned financial strategies of commercial and operational areas for the category- Provided financial support for new product development

- Consolidated and prepared reports of financial results from Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay for the Board and regional HQ in Miami- Coordinated with the different business units to align corporate strategy
