Omnichannel Audience Manager - Marketing
Current- Provide consultancy to key internal stakeholders on creating customer-first experiences and maximizing customer data intelligence to drive omnichannel campaigns
- Define the Agilent omnichannel experience and develop a multi-year execution roadmap to transform the organization
- Create an enterprise-wide framework to visualize the end-to-end customer journey and align audience, content, channel, and measurement strategies for a cohesive marketing approach
- Develop a formal project charter, gaining executive visibility and collaborating with the Advanced Analytics team for comprehensive marketing reporting
- Implement and test omnichannel capabilities through identified pilot programs while enabling key stakeholders through education, best practices, and analysis of media, site, and CRM data
- Pilot the usage of interactive MarTech paired with first party data to deploy frictionless and audience-first customer engagement across marketing & digital channels
