As a Project Manager, I managed the renovation of residential properties for corporate investors. My initial assessment of the property allowed me to establish a renovation budget. I then monitored the contracts, scheduling, workmanship and progress of the project through completion.

As a Project Manager, I worked on improvement projects for existing County buildings. My daily duties consisted of working with end users in various departments, working with fiscal administrators to meet budget needs, help prepare presentation materials for Board of County Commissioner approval; as well as working with internal facilities/ maintenance personnel and contracted architects, contracted engineers and contracted construction companies to realize a project.

As a Plan Reviewer, I reviewed all types of structures for code compliance. My duties often included helping applicants coordinate with FEMA, local zoning, fire and state regulations. Reviews were coordinated with Zoning, Development Services and Local Fire Districts (South Trail, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos, etc.) I strived to make the permitting process as straightforward as possible for each applicant. I helped create a consolidated FEMA 50% assessment worksheet for the department’s use. I worked with the Building Official to establish a Play Structure Review Process, not previously required by the Florida Building Code. Structure types include: fences, sheds, single family residences, communication antennas, commercial interiors, multi-tenant shell buildings, assisted living facilities, hospital renovations and expansions, residential and commercial development support structures, etc.

Provided Architectural Design Services with project development. Projects have included: Jazz Bar interior renovation, Nail Salon design, Boater’s Lounge and Public Storage Unit facility. Coordination with clients, contractors and local jurisdictions.

As Associate at this small design firm, I was involved with all aspects of a project, working through a project from pre-lease design to punch-out. My projects ranged in size from 500 SF to 157,000 SF and included some combination of the following aspects: BOMA Calculations, Program Analysis, Design Intent, Budgetary Lease Negotiation Pricing Plans, Construction Documents, Permit and Construction Administration.

As Senior Project Manager at this mid-sized design firm, I was involved in Tenant Improvement projects ranging in size from 3,000 SF to 150,000 SF, leading 2-3 person teams, averaging 15-20 projects at once.
