About Silvana Ricalde Lizarzaburu

I always knew that my calling is based on enhancing people's development. Growing up in Peru and getting involved in Social Projects since my student days convinced me of the role that companies have in creating shared value, in order to expand opportunities for everyone and thus create harmonious and sustainable environments.I hold a master's degree in Corporate Communication, and I have dedicated my professional career to Social Projects, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Sustainability, with the aim of making companies have a lasting impact among all their stakeholders, especially the most vulnerable.I have overseen the implementation of Sustainability projects for companies such as Banco de crédito del Perú (BCP), Red de Energía del Perú (ISA REP), Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), Prima AFP, Samsung, Telefónica, San Miguel Industrias among others. Throughout my career, I have worked in more than 15 business sectors, the public sector, the third sector and academia.
