I was in charge of the Communications Office at IIMP, managing and organizing the PERUMIN 34 event in 2019. I supervised the creation of content for social media, press, graphic identity, and branding. We established synergies with the sales department of IIMP to secure sponsorships and business partners. I was part of the Organizing Committee for the event, which brought together +550 journalists and thousands of national and international participants in Arequipa. This experience allowed me to firsthand understand the significance of mining activity as a major driving force behind our national economy.

The work I carried out at REP marked a milestone in my professional life. Not only due to the scope of the social responsibility projects executed throughout the entire country, but also because of the opportunity to exchange best practices and align sustainability strategies with socio-environmental teams from different companies within the ISA group in the region (Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Argentina). The business model also represented a significant challenge in my professional development, as it allowed me to manage and coordinate relationship-building with stakeholders across the three ISA group companies in Peru, following international standards such as GRI, ISO 26000, Trinorma (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001), Global Compact, and the Socially Responsible Company Seal. With all of this, we were able to contribute to shaping a sustainability management strategy.

I was the Coordinator of the Corporate Volunteer Program at Banco de Crédito del Perú, providing the necessary support to manage their CSR initiatives with various stakeholder groups. I advised over 50 teams in designing projects for the national competition: "Voluntary Ideas" 2009. We mobilized 200 collaborators monthly in corporate volunteering events. We provided weekly training to 9 multidisciplinary teams for the "Business Classroom" Project.

During the months when I replaced the communications officer, I managed the foundation's volunteer programs aimed at Norwegian students, which included their training and logistical support, to participate in the foundation's national-level social development projects.

My role required handling cost-effective budgets, logistical field preparations, and generating expense reports for clients. Among the projects I managed were: the Socio-Cultural Study of Ex-Owners, 2007 (USD 111.6K), and the Completion of the Social Baseline (LBS) for the Conga Mining Project, 2007 (USD 372.3K).

I worked as an intern in import customer service, an experience that enhanced my empathy skills for customer interaction, as well as time organization and coordination with port companies for accurate cargo registration.

I worked as a Mayoral Assistant and was responsible for document management, as well as attending to political authorities and local government officials.Later, I was promoted to the position of Technical Secretary in the Health and Social Welfare and Citizen Participation Councils of Aldermen, where I focused on drafting and monitoring the minutes of both Committees, as well as document management.
