Depending the couples' wishes my key responsibilities are researching all options fitting their wishes, making arrangements for all chosen options (location, catering, entertainment, wedding cake etc.) and being the main contact person for all parties involved throughout the whole process including the wedding day itself. AlphaBet Club Amsterdam organizes events for internationally minded people in Amsterdam. Proceeds from these events go to AlphaBet Club Charity for opening schools, education and nutrition programs for children living in slums of Bangalore, India.The AlphaBet Club is an international not-for-profit organization helping children in need to break the cycle of poverty through education. The charity funds local schools and educational programs that would otherwise be out of reach for many children.

As Project Manager Demo & Display I was co-responsible for the planning and installation of 900+ Sonos product displays throughout Europe. Working closely together with the Channel Marketing Managers and vendors, for both new displays and remodeling those already in store.Alongside this project I worked with the Brand Communications team on the production of Print & OOH campaign assets.

As personal assistant I support the Client Service Director with his daily activities. This means organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments, handling incoming emails and phone calls, making travel arrangements, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. This means creating the cards by working with (external) illustrators, technical engineers (sound and light), the recording studio, main contact for music companies and by guiding the production in China. Sales and acquisition for meetings in the Netherlands and abroad. Organize and plan these business trips. I am also responsible for the organization of the annual participation of the Paperworld Fair (with 1800 exhibitors and 45.000 visitors).

Responsible for all facility-related cases in the Amsterdam office, organizing events, travel requests and purchasing, head of Emergency Response Team, member of the Quality Team and co-responsible for the implementation and execution of the company’s sustainability policy which include ISO 14001, CO2 Prestatieladder and ISO 14064.
