Run the memory care department for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. Train staff, run programming, help with resident care needs, make sure all care plans are up to date. Work closely with nursing to insure residents are getting all their needs met. Follow up on progress notes. Coordinate with residents, families, doctors, and nursing staff, as well as many other tasks.

Process AR & AP accounts. Do inventory and ordering of needed supplies. Process payroll. Run the HR department. Keep track of all records for the company's employees, residents, families, and accounting records. Interview potential employees, hand out and process all paperwork, run background checks, set up all pre hire screening appointments, and many more office related tasks.

Work with clients and staff to help clients’ live day to day life. Help clients to live full lives by helping them to learn new life skills. Keep track of clients finances and help them pay bills. Help clients to keep track of medication and medical appointments. Get clients to and from appointments and activities. Run the office to insure that all paper work is done and filed. Run all office equipment and insure office stays clean and organized.

Help customers find products, check out, take orders for copies and projects, produce product on time, count inventory, order and send products.
