CurrentDelivering remote support for workstation, server, network appliance and application systems.Assisting Level 1 support personnels and serves as escalation.Management and support of Microsoft Office 365 Business Suit /Azure systems.Setup conditional access and MFA based on client needs.Configuration and management of different VoIP systems.Configuration and support of different MFP Printers (Scan to email, Scan to Folder, Secured print).Communication and collaborate with third party supports (Hardware and Software troubleshooting, updates and maintenance).Performing backup, restore and troubleshooting for disaster recovery.Managerment and support of Microsoft servers (DC, FS, DHCP, Group Policy, DNS, RDP, Print Server).Management and support of different virtual environments (VMware, HyperV, Xen).
