Strong leader and strategic planner with many years of experience in ICT (CIS) Operations and later Cyber Defense.Not least, I´ve been the chief planner of the Estonian Cyber Command and the operational/tactical level deployable secure networks of the Estonian Defence Forces. I have a wide network of key stakeholders in Europe, USA and Asia. Five years in the aerospace and defence industry has provided a breadth of knowledge and experience in business development, capture lead, key account management and defence R&D roles. The background of the defence forces has helped me to understand the concerns of clients better and hastened the offer of solutions. My ability to learn quickly, listen and communicate with others, correctly and motivated, helps me adapt to new situations and challenges.
