1. Preparation of monthly cash flow reporting2. Perform monthly balancing and adjustment of bank currency levels by preparing analysis of estimated monthly currency cash balances and executing currency trades with internal treasury department.3. Handles full set of accounts for one small subsidiary independently (included forecast, budget and monthly closing (HFM)).

1. Handle month-end closing, income statement analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, relevant schedules and GP analysis.2. Handle monthly budget variance report and analysis.3. Collecting and review subsidiaries monthly financial statement and accounting schedules for group closing.4. Prepare group consolidation P&L and balance sheet report.5. Prepare budget and forecast for group.6. Prepare weekly cash flow statement and funding requested from subsidiary7. Assist in ERP system implements for whole group.

1. Handle the journal entries for inter-company (around 130 offices) transactions, arrange payment, reconciliation and system monthly closing.2. Follow up the supporting documents with approval, entry the trade payable invoices, arrange the trade payment and non-trade weekly payment to suppliers and issue the debit note to the suppliers.3.Liaise with vendors and inter-Company for general and payment enquiries (netting). 4.Review the employee expenses claims report under company compliance (Concur system).
