I was employed by the store to help boost sales and customer base. Within the first month of being employed, I nearly tripled the average daily sales on a consistent basis. The Store’s Monthly sales doubled and our google reviews rose up to an average of 5 stars for the business review. When applying for this position the owner and General Manager were well aware of my personal plan to start up my fourth year of college in the fall. The term spent with this company was planned with a goal to raise sales, train employees, find more efficient ways for the company to operate and save money and create a better customer basis by having desired products.

I was an intern at then Medlogic office located in Burr Ridge Illinois. Medlogic is the main distributor for joint reconstruction on behalf of Depuy Synthes a Johnson & Johnson medical device company in Illinois. My responsibilities include product knowledge of implants and tools to be used in surgery. Along with conducting professionalism around doctors, salesmen and corporate directors. I work in the office preparing requested equipment and implants for surgical cases; along with, the transfering of the requested equipment from the office to the hospital. Medlogic has allowed me to conduct many projects for efficiency of labor and proficiency with product knowledge. I have created a digital catalog of all istruments sold or availible for rent that is vended by Medlogic. This allows for orders to be made, by the salesmen, through their phones as a convinient option along with missing items to be ordered by the office through any computer or mobile device. With all these options contained in a single program platform that also keeps tabs on the assets that haven't left the office for shrink.

Customers that enter a Best Buy looking for Hi-Fi audio or just a simple surround sound solutions can enter a Magnolia within a Best Buy store knowing they are getting the most expert advice on audio and video solutions. Magnolia associates have to advise customers on home theater solutions also whole home automation and outdoor audio and video solutions. I was nationally ranked for my sales with this group, and earned this position after meeting expectations that were understood to be impossible and unobtainable.
