As a student help I assisted the president, mostly regarding communication and administration.High language skills in English, German and French as well as polite and confidential communication were required.

As the president of the European Law Students' Association Ljubljana I was in charge of representing the organization, making (sponsorship and donation) contracts, leading the team and making sure everything works as it should.

As the secretary general my work was mainly to make sure the organisation works, leading the meetings and maintaining the communication in the team on a good quality level. Also I tried (and succeded, I think) to gain higher level of communication and trust between the organisation and the faculty.

For a non-profit (local branch) organisation of cca. 300 members I laid out the foundations for a first proper website of our local branch, informing students via flyers leaflets etc. and trying to build up a better communication system.

I was researching and preparing Free Open Source Software solutions for the use of government and public administration. Amongst the tasks was also to make a governmental GNU/Linux distribution (which sadly did not take off). Medium term results: GNU/Linux, OpenOffice and other open source solutions are being used more by the government and public.
