Provides comprehensive counseling, treatment, and training programs for veterans and their families that deal with issues such as PTSD & Suicidal Ideation. Increases access to services for veterans in the Midwest of the US through secondary funding and infrastructure. Develops sustainable support systems for veterans and service members transitioning back into their civilian lives.

Responsible for implementing training and development programs in pursuit of an effective Emiratization effort for the company and the country. This includes development programs to manage the full cycle of employee hiring, onboarding, training, development and career mapping in pursue of talent development for future senior management roles in ADNOC (The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company). Alignment and Benchmarking, KPI-driving performance, Quality Assurance and Certification and on-going Sustainment of the programs.

Responsible for Planning & Analysis of BP's Global Projects Organization (GPO) - Operations headcount . Between 2011 and 2013 managed these demands for 40+ active projects around the world. Reviewed in excess of 5,700 CVs of high level candidates and 400+ CVs of technicians from around the world. Directly involved in the hiring of 105 top-level employees into GPO-Operations in 2012.

Developed, implemented and managed a comprehensive organizational strategy for technicians training in Azerbaijan to bring BP’s technical workforce in line with the nationalization targets contained in the existing PSA agreement. This strategy included the management of one of the largest oil and gas technician training facility in the world (CTTC) and the development of foundation and post-foundation training programs capable of accelerating the overall development of these technicians – 240+ technicians trained in this process per year. Resource planning, training development, deployment planning and forecasting of a mixed national-ExPat technician population to world standards. English language, Behaviors, HSE, IT and Technical training fully integrated.

Developed and managed worldwide training and enablement strategies in IBM for internal and external customers that have been used to train over 7,500 employees, customers and business partners. Project managed the creation, training and self-sufficiency of more than 150 knowledge creation teams in L1, L2 and L3 support that produced over 10,000 knowledge submissions, over 2,500 knowledge updates and benefited from the creation of more than 100 skills roadmaps for product development. Identification/training of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to act as Enablement Coaches (ECs) to help train teams and groups and to create roadmaps for skill development that take technicians and operators quickly to operations leadership.
