    As a contractor for the Arizona Department of Transportation, I was assigned to work with a team of four technicians to perform Windows workstation and operating system upgrades. By taking tasks from a CRM system online, email and direction from management on work to perform, I was able with the team to perform the upgrades on the staff workstations. I worked with staff on a one on one bases to upgrade their Windows workstations by meeting in office or work area to backup, preserve their settings and transfer files from old workstations to new workstations with a white glove type of service. Inventory and record keeping is done before and after each task. In addition, salvage and some setup services are performed between tickets. During a staff shortage, I began the duties as a temporary inventory and salvage technician within the department. Using custom spreadsheets, documents in google and operations unique to the department, records and items were updated and distributed. Create salvage, surplus and repair to vendors for equipment transferred to the department for processing and documentation.

Once a year, the classrooms had there software and hardware overhauled for updates, retirement or renewed. Time was always critical to have the classroom technology available for the first day of classes during the semesters. Worked with students and faculty by appointment and walk-ins to answers questions, comments or any issues dealing with classrooms. Worked with a team of student workers and staff to meet goals assigned or planned involving classrooms during the summer or breaks to keep the classrooms in an optimal operating status.
