Hi! I am Silver C. Lingas, a freelancer and an educator. My work experiences are as follows:1. I am a Tenured Customer Service Representative as a technical and billing support agent for a cable DirecTV, a cable company based in USA. As a CSR in VXI Global Holdings for 2 years, I have handle various technical concerns, product pitching and processing orders (mainly special channels). I have also handled many different billing concerns and payment processing. In VXI, I have attained high KPIs for my work and for the quality of work that I deliver.2. I am also an experienced live chat agent. In Tawk.to, I mainly cater general support/inquiries from various websites supported by the company. With this, I am able to show my satisfactory typing skills, ability to empathize and build rapport to the customers specially when resolving issues they encountered in the websites.3. I have also worked as a data entry specialist at Woflow. My work is mainly on categorizing grocery/retail items, which I have been doing for more than a year now. Working in data entry enhanced my typing skills and even got me to pay attention to details to ensure accuracy of the files/items I am working on.4. Also, I am a teacher by profession, I am handling English classes to High School learners, with focus on academic writing. I am teaching Senior High School learners in writing academic texts such as precis, position paper, and critique paper. Apart from that, I also give lessons on basic note-taking skills and avoiding plagiarism, specially that my subject requires research. Moreover, I also handle high school research subjects. Being an educator is not an easy feat, everyday is a challenge, but being able to impart my knowledge and skills to the learners is something that is priceless. Furthermore, being an educator allowed me to handle different types of learners, strategize teaching methods, design activities, and most of all touch the lives of my learners inside and even outside the classroom.4. Apart from that, I am very much open to do transcription services and research. I am very easy to work with and always willing to learn. I am also a fast learner and can deliver great results. I am building my career as a freelancer to show more of my capabilities.With this, I can say that I am confident to get any job done, specially in customer service, data entry, and in teaching.
