Practical Guide to implement a traceability system in the organic food sector. This guide was designed for organic agro-export products, with the aim of standardizing traceability systems based on existing experiences in the different links of the value chain and in existing systems within different companies and sectors (coffee, quinoa, mango, banano and brazilian nuts).During 02 years, I held training workshops in different regions of Peru in order to support companies to implement and improve their traceability systems.In 2017, I was in charge of articulating with the operators and actors of the coffee value chain, the Peruvian participation in the Global Specialty Coffee Expo 2017 Fair.
