Starting with an administrative volunteer role, I grew up into a motorsport consultant with ten years of experience in Formula 1. I lead, develop and deploy top motorsport talent – managing the balance between open innovation and the governance body core values. I have built an extensive network within the Formula 1 paddock and the FIA. I bring a proven record in leadership, logistics and people management. I have gained proficiency in writing and enforcing regulations as well as track safety and sporting procedures across several FIA championships including F1, F2 and F3. I get important things done with flair and excellence focusing on a time effective decision-making process as well as conflict resolution. I am as comfortable setting and leading board-level strategies as I am working on the ground in the event planning and organization. I recruit and train motorsport volunteers and officials around the world in international and nationalregulations. I highlight and passionately promote the importance of diversity and inclusivity in motorsport. I am the first and only female F1 Steward and FIA Race Director.
