A survey was created and distributed across 4 different European countries (Italy, Spain, France and Germany). A total of 1496 responses were collected and, after an accurate analysis of the data, the results with recommendations were presented to the Quechua design team for future product development, decisions on the 2023 backpack collection and for future marketing activities.
