• Review and approve the monthly/quarterly/annual P&L and balance sheet including reporting of the legal entity both in SAP and Hyperion.• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.• Responsible for Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.• Accruals calculation - (General ledger and accounts payable area)• Analysis of OPEX and identification of deviations versus budget and forecast providing financial analysis as needed and identifying extra costs or savings to Country Manager.• Customer bonus accrual calculation: provide coding of all cash discounts invoices in accordance with budget and forecast estimations. Follow up with each brand manager of deviations to detect savings or extra costs.• Follow-up and support AFSS- Financial Shared Services to ensure data accuracy. Close work with RTR team, Intercompany, banks, ITC and P2P. • Following and controlling of local tax compliance regulations in the area of statutory accounting and financial policy execution. (IFRS and local GAAP)• Responsible for preparing Local Statutory Accounts and managing the Annual Statutory Audit.• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documents (TPD).• Calculation and approval of indirect and direct taxes for both entities, CIT, withholding taxes, control of information sent to authorities by SII system and SAF-T file.• Key contact for auditors (KPMG), banks and tax advisors (Local advisors and Deloitte).• General administration tasks and retail team support with new brand store openings.

• Support Finance Manager with MEC. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, warranty and defective costs and OPEX monitoring by brand.• Responsible for calculation of direct and indirect taxes and filling calculations. • Support Finance Manager with CIT calculation and reporting to OTP tool.• SII implementation.• Calculation of recurring invoices accrual.• Cash discounts estimations working close with brand managers in order to provide Finance Manager accurate data identifying deviations vs budget and forecasts estimations. • Fixed assets coding.• Support new entity SSO Portugal constitution and ensure compliance of legal requirements.• Liaise with AFSS- AS Financial Shared Services in Poland regarding general accounting and closing activities.

• Responsible for the KA credit collections and the Catalonia territory. • Contact with I2C shared services team and monitoring of debt evolution.• Preparation of month end report for Finance Manager, providing ageing analysis of debt by brand.• Analysis of debt monitoring and tracking of objectives.• Respond to questions coming from external and internal auditors. (General ledger, taxes and accounts receivables)• Support Finance Manager in month end, freight analysis, warranty and defective costs and OPEX monitoring by brand.• Cash discounts estimation working closely with brand managers in order to provide Finance Manager accurate data identifying deviations vs budget and forecast estimations.
