Responsabilities:- Participate to external company events/fairs for branding purposes- Organize internal and external events for the company- Create blog/social media content- Research and create employee engagement methods - Research and analyse a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, and demographic data- Present findings to management teams to help guide the direction and activities of the company- Develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces- Work creatively to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials- Identify the appropriate media channels where the marketing materials can be delivered to the public- Work closely with HR for employee engagement purposes- Enforces brand marketing guidelines to create a cohesive feel to each campaign- Act as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information- Track marketing strategy results closely and create feedback- Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts- Create database with potential partners for the company- Reports findings and results to upper management and executives

Responsabilities:- Accounts Payable – invoice confirmation, payments set-up, supplier inquiries- Manage weekly cash flow reports and short term forecasts- Manage and process expense claims / card expenses- Manage petty cash / handle business trips preparation- Perform regular transaction booking- Keep records of fixed assets and small fixed assets- Assist with month-end close activities- General administrative duties, such as filing and archiving- Perform other finance or accounting functions, as assigned- Managing employee pension system in UK- Managing reports on the working time of RO, UK & BG employees for invoicing purposes

Responsabilities:- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs- Place orders for different supplies needed: food, water, stationery- Help in organizing different company events- Purchase training tickets for employees- Took care of all travel bookings for the employees from Romania, United Kingdom & Bulgaria- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
