Collaborates with top management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy. Writes, edits and promotes digital and social contents, press releases, website texts and keynote speeches. Fosters media relations, arranges interviews, promotes and distributes thought leadership white papers, maintains effective relationships with journalists and seeks opportunities to enhance corporate awareness among stakeholders. Engages and collaborates with global marcom network to ensure awareness on news, events, webinars, clients acquisitions and flags local projects. Provides accurate market trends analyses and reports on KPIs. Encourages employer branding and D&I initiatives.

Coordinates a group of 30 creative people to create, develop and deliver communication campaigns in line with client's sow and agency’s vision. Assigns projects, balances workloads, daily checks developments and keeps communications across departments to ensures that milestones are met and that projects are completed on time, within budget. Supports talents acquisition, retention and learnings with Chief Creative Officer and HR department.

Works closely with Chief Creative Officer and creative teams to produce communication campaigns by dealing with photographers, models and talents representatives, digital artists and illustrators that are appropriate for the execution of the creative concepts, coordinates pre-production planning, schedule the timeline of projects in line with client's deadline and budget. Ensures that artworks and contents meet the client’s needs.
