Currently I am working as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital company since December 2017.My goal is to follow digital transformation projects and define long-term digital strategy for companies in different industries. I interface with my colleagues in order to collect and define business requirements and needs of the customer, describe different use cases, processes of users and interaction between systems. In order to implement correctly the business requirements, I collaborate with the IT team defining together functional and technical specifications. During these activities, it is important to contribute to the correct transfer of information about the progress status of the project and relative risks and issues.I have experience in functional roles on Salesforce.com projects, analytical skills and has experience in automotive, telematics, media, retail and public transportation industry.Thanks to my long term assignment at many projects, I have mainly built up a deep understanding of these industries. My focus within the Salesforce landscape is on the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. I need to improve my skills and I am eager to learn in order to grow professionally. I am a determined, goal-oriented person, always looking for new challenges to face with.
