- offering information and support to the customers in the assigned area - integrating the new customers (preparing the commercial offers and tenders, contract negotiation) - collaborating with technical departments in order to find out the best solutions for the new projects - taking orders and tracking them in production- monitoring balances and taking actions for overdue invoices

• Tendering process:- analyzing the tender instruction and scope of work in order to gather the information from specific departments- preparing documentation package so as to follow as well the customers’ request- preparing the data sheet draft for pumping unit and check it with Design department- submitting the tendering package and following the results• Sales contract:- register new customers in SFDC- analyze the history of the potential customer, following the process described in the GE’s procedure „Know Your Customer”- for new contracts and T&C’s check that GE DOA is respected and communicate with Legal department- elaborate initial draft contract, including technical aspects and sales quotation - supporting the negotiation process until the contract is signed- following and updating the status of sales contracts
