- Handle efaktur for approval - Check completeness of vendor Invoice (Commercial Invoice, DO, Tax invoice, PO/RTP) and stamp WHT deduction amount on invoice - Updating settlement transactions in Central Bank report by SAP system (SIUL)- Funding confirmation and propose urgent payment in relation to vendor, custom duty and other taxes- Reconcile Prepaid wht Art 23, 22, and Vat- Assist CFF manager in calculating withholding tax payment 23, 26, 4(2)- Creating SPT for withholding tax payment 23, 26, and 4(2)-Filling document- Assisting treasury team in preparing supporting letter to bank for foreign currencies transactions.- Support manager to prepare KPPK report

- Making Journal of Cash, Cash Opname;- Making sales invoice- Making Payment or Received Voucher for every transaction;- Prepare and input journal to system for payment of Invoice;- Handle Petty cash and control petty cash;- Prepare for tax reporting and Reconcile the tax invoice (VAT (in-out), WHT 21, 22, 23 and 25);- Manage Payment and Reporting tax to KPP;- Making Report Expense of driver- Making journal memorial and prepare financial report
