I help answer technical questions that specifiers, contractors, or architects may have as well as give presentations to structural engineer firms, industry organizations, building officials or internal customers that would like to learn more about our products and tools that can help them in future or current projects.Part of my duties also include being the eyes and ears of the field to find out what the industry needs and bring in new ideas or solutions that we can work on.
