- Control of the employees and subcontractors (approximately 3000 people) during the working process whether they protect the environment and if they dispose the waste from their activities at designated places and whether they are in compliance with the national legislation requirements. - Managing instructions for the employees transposed from the European legislation in relation with waste management and environment protection laws, the Convention for the prevention of pollution from ships (MARPOL). - Control upon the crew of the ships on the territory of the factory when they discharge garbage, sewage, bilge, sludge and different kind of waste oils. - Preparing requests for quotations, contracts, documents which needed for the transport of all waste generated during the ship repair, the waste generated during the stay of the crew of the ships and from the activities of the employees of factory. - Preparation of reports on waste generated and transmitted, reports for national statistic. - Control of separate collection of the garbage. - Preparation of different kinds of plans (e.g. Plan of the factory for management of the wastes on the territory of the factory) and programs concerning the protection of the environment including plan for management of solvents used during the painting and repair with calculation of the quantities of all paintings and coatings which were used. - Managing different types of proposals for waste treatment. - Managing MSDSs. - Following-up and investigating accidents and incidents. - Coordinate training on Safety, Environment and Quality. - Communication with all government place concerning the environment – Regional inspection of environment and protection, Municipality of region and city, Basin Directorate, Maritime Administration.

- Investigated the best options of treatment of municipality waste, developed investment proposals in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation for the facilities which are required to be built in the factory. - Managing contracts with clients for trading of baled waste. - Preparation of quotations, reports, logistics documents, necessary for transport of waste, preparation of financial invoices;- Responsible for employees salaries.
