Over the past few years, it was a positive challenge to work and thrive in different fields, staying tuned with company goals, the personal development of colleagues, and facing many changes.• Building a positive workplace culture, attracting and retaining talent, and ensuring HR processes align with the company's strategic goals.• Actively involved in the digitization process, implementing an ATS and relevant career page to a complete unique HRIS switch including an ATS streamlining all processes and employee records but also active involvement in other implemented tools (for budgeting, planning, analytics, traveling) and actively handling an improvement on internal information sharing (company Intranet, internal communication channels)• Implementing and conducting internal employee surveys measuring overall employee satisfaction and proposing solutions and action plans to relevant and recurring points. • Up to date with employee benefits and salaries, aligned with relevant country regulations to optimize and balance the cost for the employer and the offer for colleagues.• Creating and ensuring company policies comply with relevant regulations and labor law. Handling and/or advising on legal matters related to employment issues.

My work in Transcom is various and covers many HR areas, based on my interests and dedication I was given the chance to work on different projects. I had the pleasure to be part of the SAP Administrative module launch, company LinkedIn launch, One Transcom Intranet, Netigate used for the VoE surveys, Recruitment Process Guidebook, Onboarding processes, Career Web Site implementation and many interesting cross countries collaborations.Currently working on:• HR Reporting and Analytics• Employee satisfaction (engagement activities)• Tools management (i.e. SAP, Natigate, Career webpage, Intranet)• Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)• HRIS Team Member• Manage payroll processes, minimizing errors in employee pay.• Backup for: recruitment and selection processes, assessment centers, candidate databases. • Internal job opportunities, onboarding process for new functions, career path.• Manage and file all documentation, processing the employee files, in line with the established procedure, working in a methodical way, improving when applicable digitalization.• Update internal procedures and contribute improvements to increase quality.• Collaboration with different functional areas in order to ensure all processes and legal boundaries are respected.

The recruitment and selection processes were done for different clients covering many languages. The start-up increased my ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints, to be focus oriented and in many cases to bring up creative and effective solutions.
