•Provide personalized training programs that are specific to member's fitness goals.

•Gather and prepare KYC documentation following regulatory and bank policies andprocedures to open new accounts.•Accurately revise and interpret financial statements, income tax returns and corporatestructure documents for domestic and foreign prospective clients.•Manage and update existing accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy as percompliance standards.•Identify and promote appropriate banking products based on strategic analysis ofcustomer financial needs after conducting an in-depth customer assessment.•Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service as demandedand proactively to satisfy customer needs.•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other areas withinthe bank to resolve inquiries and improve the customer’s experience.

•Support Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to ensure all client needs are metaccurately and timely.•Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues regarding online banking,compromised card alerts, travel alerts, wire transfer verification and processing.•Accurately process fraud alerts, debit card disputes as well as perform regular clientdatabase analysis to identify client-credit usage.•Work closely with Management and associates to process time deposits, credit cardrequests and various AUM/ATM Transaction reports.•Consolidate various fraud alert statistics by business unit and operational spreadsheetsrequested to produce reports for management tracking purposes.

•Administer and organize international clients’ accounts based on available financialproducts and services.•Assist in the process of opening accounts by ensuring that documents are complete andaccurate.•Update client database by ensuring bank and regulatory principles are followed, e.g.W8-BEN, KYC, proper documentation.
