Within the european perimeter (UK France, Germany and the satellite countries) , for all customer segments and liaising with relevant Global Units:-To manage remote monitoring and operations of the charging infrastructure network and energy services and to provide technical support to Countries;-to gather products and spare parts demand needs in accordance with country targets and to manage country logistics and inventory analysis in order to minimize inventory costs and optimize delivery time, liaising with Global Product Engineering and Manufacturing unit;-to monitor and report regional KPIs related to customer activation, installation, billing, credit, caring, maintenance and customer satisfaction processes and to provide relevant technical support and guidance;-to gather country requirements for process and platforms continuous improvement, to define country priorities promoting and monitoring implementation, liaising with relevant Global Units.

For the activation, installation, billing, credit, caring, and maintenance processes the unit is responsible for:To define related strategy, guidelines, processes and procedures applying a customer centric approach withthe aim of maximizing customer engagement and customer satisfaction while optimizing cost-to-serve;to design best-in-class operating models leveraging on internal and external benchmarks, and to implementthem in all countries;to lead the adoption of related processes, tools and procedures managing relevant change managementprograms.

-To lead demand and supply match planning activities on a monthly basis, leveraging on the Sales&Operations Planning methodology (S&OP), and interacting with both global and local units, with the aim of setting the overall level of manufacturing output production allocation, inventory level, backlogs to best satisfy the planned levels of sales;-To manage and resolve critical issues generated by deviations from sales and supply plans, leveraging on demand planning process improvement and replenishment strategies effectiveness.

-To analyze needs and to manage the procurement process for local materials, fostering standardization and cost optimization and to support the execution of global tenders;- to analyze needs and to manage the procurement process for local works and services, fostering standardization and cost optimization, and to execute the strategic works and services procurement processes, liaising with Strategic Works & Services Unit;- to support relevant Global Infrastructure and Networks Procurement units on fostering best practices sharing of local purchasing.

Activity summary:• To manage local business needs consolidation and optimization for works and services needs, assessthe coherency with guidelines and criteria defined communicating the approved plan to local Network Development unit and to Global Procurement;• to validate procurement needs for country works and services above threshold and related country proposal change orders;• to define guidelines for works and services contract management (including technical contractualframeworks on third parties works, aggregation of third parties works, change orders management,homogeneous list price per construction unit), and to define contractual KPIs, SLA, penalties’ ramp-up;• to manage corrective plans according to poor performance including the decision, together with Global Procurement, on global suppliers’ register;• to define guidelines and functional requirements of IT systems related to supply chain, promoting their alignment;
