Currently I deal with:- timely gathering and inputting financial information for the creation of monthly reporting for central finance department; - producing statutory, regulatory and statistical according to local GAAP and Italian regulations;- support the preparation and implementation of strategic business plans and budgets in line with the set objectives and requirements;- implementation and development of systems and procedures used for accounting and reporting;- payments, management of local bank accounts and monitoring of their liquidity and movements; - preparation of accurate and timely notifications for regulatory authorities;- relationships with regulatory authorities;- collecting all the relevant documents and information for statutory board of auditors, audit company, compliance and risk manager to act as their key contact; - arrange boards and shareholders meetings and prepare relevant papers for the related discussion;- liaising with the outside accounting bureau for all the statutory accounts requirements and with tax consultants and lawyers to prepare tax returns and deeds;- taxation, legal, compliance and operations departments of the head office acting as their local point of contact;- administrative support to Finance and Operations department as regards coordination of diaries, travel arrangements, assistance in implementing decisions made on the administration of the office.I also actively supported the process of obtaining the license from Bank of Italy at the time of the incorporation of 3i SGR and the launch of the related closed-end Funds.
