1. Survey design, data entry tool, data quality and data control •Provide technical support to Country Offices (COs) to design questionnaires/call script for live calls and/or SMS surveys.•Provide COs and/or professional call centers with a data entry tool in Visual Basic (VBA) for operators if they don’t have their own data entry or if it doesn’t meet WFP criteria and data format. •Support CO to generate a representative sample size at the regional/sub-regional levels.•Conduct data control on the data received from professional phone companies. •Conduct linear regression models to identify possible operator effects in the household data collected through live telephone interviews.2. Data management and updates to the SQL Database •Ensure the creation of: new observation, survey ID, strata tables to store monthly raw data into the SQL database, new cleaning scripts using Sequel Server for new countries that have started to implement remote mobile surveys. •Ensure that the raw data of the countries that are collecting data through mobile phones are uploaded in the mVAM SQL database and that analyses on food security data will be performed through a python code tests to detect significant differences among food security indicators between rounds on a monthly base.3. Data analysis, technical support to the Food Security Analysts and reporting•Carry out analysis on food security indicators and on market prices. Conducted statistical tests and more sophisticated analysis such as mixed effects analysis, fixed vs random effects on the data collected throug remote surveys.•Creation of python script to automatize the creation of summary tables of disaggregated food security indicators. •Provide technical support to the food security analysts and support them when interpreting the results.4. Guidance on remote mobile technology and Trainings delivered•Write guidance on remote mobile technologyand produce training material.•Conduct training on the field.

- Analysed if the Prat program (Program of the Regulation and Administration of the Rural Land) was effective or not in Ecuador in order to improve rural area’s productivity and competitiveness through the rise of property rights and reduction of transaction costs for trading and financial operations; and - Calculated using econometric methods in order to evaluate the program impact (Difference-in-Differences, Difference-in-Differences Conditioned and, Matching with Propensity Score).
