I am responsible for managing the Accelerator Programme (a 6-month programme for startups focusing on business and product development) and the BOOST programme (a series of workshops and events on business support, product development and innovation for startups).

I have supported the delivery of the Art and Design Research Methods course for post-graduate students at the London College of Communication. My work focused on organising and delivering two collaborative workshops and a research fair for students, as well as curating the learning materials for the course.

I was responsible for overseeing the EdTech R&D programme, funded by the Department for Education. The main aim of the programme was to offer financial and non-financial support to EdTech startups to make their products more accessible for disadvantaged students learning remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. A process evaluation was also funded as part of the programme to better understand how EdTech tools are used remotely. • Successfully managed a portfolio of 6 EdTech grantees and delivered a programme of support including setting up grant awards, designing and delivering non-financial support, monitoring and reporting progress and providing mentoring;• Managed the relationship with a portfolio of 60 schools and colleges participating in the programme;• Managed the relationship with two delivery partners, a programme evaluator, and the Department for Education.In addition: • I have led the design workstream of the Open School scoping project, including research, prototyping and testing.

I was responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Global Innovation Policy Accelerator – an international capacity building programme on innovation policy for senior policymakers, completely based on the design for policy approach. • Managed the programme delivery for the EMEA cohort (5 teams of senior innovation policymakers coming from Egypt, South Africa, Turkey, Jordan and Kenya), including 3 weeks of in-person workshop delivery in London;• Managed the relationship with delivery partners (such as FutureGov, Oxentia, 100% Open and the University of Manchester);• Successfully managed the relationship with a network of almost 100 innovation policymakers coming from 17 countries;• Co-managed the relationship with the programme funder (Innovate Uk through the Newton Fund);• Co-designed the Future Leaders in Innovation Policy Programme commissioned by Innovate UK;• Produced a series of legacy documents for policymakers, including videos, a toolkit and a series of blogs and articles on best practices.

As an Event Manager in Ashoka Portugal, I have worked with a diverse set of partners to design innovative and impactful events and festivals about changemaking. • Managed logistics and contents of the new Ashoka Fellows and Changemaker Schools presentation event, with more than 200 participants. • Designed and implemented a new format of intimate and participative talks about changemaker skills in partnership with Changemaker Schools. • Co-organized two events about changemaking education for more than 450 people, in partnership with ISEG University, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, UNESCO for Sustainable Peace and with the participation of Changemaker Schools and Thakur Powdyel, the former Minister of education of Bhutan. • Successfully organized the Hello Portugal Festival, a full-day event about migration and integration for about 150 participants, with more than 20 national and international speakers, in collaboration with the High Commission for Migrations, the Aga Khan Foundation and other organizations. • Designed and facilitated several workshops and sessions during the Hello Portugal Festival.

I was in charge of coordinating the implementation of the Changemaker schools programme in Portugal by managing a team of 9 schools and a diverse set of partners. • Successfully managed the selection process of 5 new changemaker schools among almost 90 nominated schools, in collaboration with more than 20 education experts.• Organized several events, meetings, school visits and other activities to spread the changemaking education idea, working with schools' principals, teachers and students. • Produced 5 short documentary videos of the new Changemaker Schools. • Managed a team of 2 volunteers and one trainee. • In charge with administration and financial duties.

I was in charge with organizing and managing international events on outdoor education with several national and international speakers. I have been coordinating logistics, contents, budgets as well as relationships with partners and promotion. • Successfully organized two editions of the international annual event "Scuole Naturali" on outdoor education, with more than 10 speakers and 100 participants. • Successfully organized a masterclass on partnering with families in outdoor schools with a Spanish expert.

I was in charge with managing the Teacher Training Programme of the association, consisting in providing training on outdoor education to public and private school teachers and educators. This allowed me to gain a solid knowledge of the Italian education system and of outdoor education practices. • Arranged several training courses all around Italy in partnership with local non-profit organizations and schools. • Co-designed a new, more profitable strategy for the programme, based on a subscription model. • Responsible for customer service and for ensuring teachers' satisfaction.

I was responsible for ensuring students’ satisfaction by providing them with support and relevant administrative information. • Worked with professors and the administration to ensure high quality academic services for students.• Successfully run several investigations on students’ satisfaction through surveys and focus groups.

During my job as a freelancer junior researcher I successfully carried out:• A market study about non-profit organizations’ needs for insurance services;• A research project about innovation in Italian kindergartens run by social cooperatives.

During my internship I worked with senior researchers on several research projects about social impact measurement in the non-profit sector, becoming familiar with the Theory of Change approach and the SROI methodology.• Publication of a research paper about international metrics to measure social impact.• Creation and publication of the first Italian Social Impact Report for a social cooperative.

I was responsible for managing the design and delivery of a project developed in partnership between AIESEC in Italy and AIESEC in Malta.• Successfully delivered more than 10 training courses to the Maltese committee (around 30 people). • Successfully worked as a consultant in a multicultural and diverse team.

I was responsible for co-leading the AIESEC Bologna committee and in charge with coordinating the main programme of the organization by managing three teams of 5 people.• Completed almost 100 volunteering experiences abroad in one year.• Won the AIESEC in Italy prize for the highest relative growth in 2014.• Managed to become the third biggest committee in Italy according to volume of realized exchanges.• Recognized as a top performer at the national level and selected to be part of a consulting team for other Italian committees.
