"I'm still learning" said Michelangelo when he was 87 years old. This is the best summary of my job; I'm an enthusiastic and convinced Scrum and Agile Coach with the main goal of leading colleagues in understanding Agile values, mindset and practices. Knowledge sharing is the only method to help individuals to be more agile and adaptable in the face of change, leading to a continued growth and helping employees to open their mind. I am convinced that the methodologies that lead to the Agile principle can be applied in different business areas, from the classic Software development project to the improvement of the process flows, through the re-organization with consequent optimization of the resources. I am convinced that the methodologies that lead to Agile principles are first and foremost a change of mentality.I'm used to collaborate with virtual, cross functional and muticultural teams performing remote business with people and organization located in different countries of the world.
