In charge of Key Accounts B2B Dropshipping in strategic markets such as Germany, Switzerland and Austria. - Primary point of contact for German-speaking partners, responsible for maintaining and growing long-term relationships and for all matters specific to each account- Strong communication and negotiation skills tailored to the German-speaking market- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Providing market research, campaign results and consumer trends- Overseeing account management, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports- Establishing and analyzing monthly reports that contain data obtained from certain platforms- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts) - Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed- Experience in working with CRM tools
