The Tri-Mentoring Program strives to assist Ryerson's culturally diverse student body in their pursuit of personal goals, academic achievements and career success. The TMP aims to assist students at all levels of study in successful achievement of their goals. Through meaningful relationships with fellow students, industry professionals and the community at large, TMP supports the unique needs of Ryerson's culturally diverse student body. ----------•Facilitated the development, administration & evaluation of the program, including student mentoring participants and community mentoring groups•Facilitated the matching, training and monitoring of all participants and student staff, facilitating career mentorship program•Worked with full time program staff, student staff & community partners to facilitate events and activities throughout the year both on and off campus •Advocated for students needs, with a focus for 4th students about to graduate • Built and maintained rapport with various community organizations in order to deliver effective programming and partnerships for the program and University •Assisted with integration of the TMP with other Ryerson services, programs and faculties
