I'm currently working in Storm Reply, for IoT Business Unit. Mainly I assume the PM role for a client in the Energy sector, who requested us an IoT platform on AWS Cloud provider: the core functionalities are realised with high flexibility, in order to be used on different customer projects and devices typology. Mainly, I design and plan evolutive on this platform, organising my team activities. During this period I gained experience on architecture schemas and AWS services (as CloudFormation, Lambda, IoT core, Cloudwatch etc). I also improved my PM knowledge and learned a little about code in python.

During these years as consultant in FCA, ICT EMEA Business Centers and Importers team, I've participated to many projects:- I made governance in many infrastructure projects, verifying both central and local team would complete their activities according to due dates, and pointing out each part's necessities. In particular, I joined Data Center refresh (also on AWS), Voip implementation, Mainframe migration, documentation update.- I participated to local application decommissioning and substitution with local solution, ad example supporting local team to define the central solution more coherent with their requirements. I helped the change request definition process on main FCA Sales application and keep courses for importers on this.- I periodically analyse markets budget data, checking differences between forecasts, categorizing data and preparing benchmark.- I participated to innovative projects, as chatbot and AWS.- I supported new ticketing tool (DRIVE IT) usage and helped on workshop organization.Currently I'm Focal Point for EMEA Markets on migration from Office to Google Suite. This project impact all users and I have governance role on activities as migration from Outlook to Gmail, definition critical applications, remediation plan and final users support.I participated to InnoLab - High Potential in Spindox, where we prepared a Business Plan on fraud detection system, using Machine Learning.
