I have more than 20 years of clinical research and operational experience in Psychiatry, Neurology and other therapeutic areas with competences acquired from my roles at Pharma (AstraZeneca), CROs either Local (PSYNCRO) and International CROs (InVentiv Health) and, more recently at Cogstate Ltd.As Clinical Research Scientist, I´ve been also involved transference at Clinical Research Public and Private Institutions and as entrepreneur I founded Neuropsychological Research Organization s.l (PSYNCRO) in 2000 Barcelona, one of the first local organizations specialized in clinical research in neurosciences that nowadays provides consultancy services to academia and as well pharma.Activities held in the past includes to provide clinical scientific input and selection of clinical endpoints based on drug targets considering FDA/EMA guidance or regulations, to provide clinical/scientific input during the development and execution of clinical trials, interpret clinical data, oversee and contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports, oversee and challenge the adequacy of planning for study implementation, make scientific presentation for different boards, key scientific meetings and external committee meetings.At present I´m looking for joining an active team in Neurosciences, contributing to the development and designing of studies of a particular drug or portfolio of drugs. My experience can b key to set the most relevant aspects of the research on specific drugs, especially in Neuroscience research new areas, contributing to the decision making process, experts team building and as a Clinical Scientist eventually interpreting the results of clinical studies and understanding its commercial and scientific value.
