My greatest passions are People, Numbers and Innovation, thanks to my work I merged them, taking care of Customer Service and Business Administration.The firm points from which I start are the needs of people and of the Company.Over the years I have gained a solid experience in a multinational Company, in the B2B-Supply Chain Solution sector, covering different roles with increasing responsibilities, mainly dealing with the creation of new teams, the management of customers and suppliers, analysis and data presentations and control of KPI.The efficiency of the service, the implementation of IT systems (SAP-CRM), the participation in local and european innovative projects, were further opportunities for growth that allowed me to manage high-level relationships, to work for objectives and to coordinate and motivate employees interacting with the various company functions.I dedicate my free time to activities that help me to develop creativity, like painting and photography.
