I'm a passionate L&D and corporate communication professional, combining +15 years in the localization business with extensive learning and development experience in academic and corporate training.As an Instructional Designer, I help companies create training and internal communication materials to support employees' growth and foster engagement, productivity, and motivation.I work within multidisciplinary teams and apply learning theories to deliver effective e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT), video and cartoon scripts, learning assessments, e-books, manuals and guidelines, using authoring tools (Articulate Rise) and PowerPoint. I actively participate in content research and development, macro and microdesign, storyboarding, script and screenplay writing, e-learning translation and localization, in collaboration with SMEs, developers and graphic designers. As a freelance translator and copywriter, I've developed a deep intercultural awareness and the ability to write compelling copy both in English and Italian, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. My areas of specialization include HR, learning and development; fashion, luxury and retail; scientific dissemination and tourism.Finally, as a university lecturer in English-Italian translation, I apply my knowledge of learning methods, models frameworks to the design of academic materials, classes and activities.
