IMPASTIAMO is where you and your friends can learn how to cook your favorite dishes in real time, with chefs from all over the world, from the comfort of your own kitchen.We launched in April 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, as a way to support the hurting food industry. Since then, we've hosted over 50 classes with chefs live from Milan, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Costa Rica, Sicily, Toscany, Spain. We've supported over thirty businesses between restaurants, private chefs and nonprofits, over the course of four months.

Oversaw all concerts concert operations, staff hiring, venue marketing initiatives. Liaison between corporate and venue. Oversaw and managed operations expenses, as well as overall venue P&L.
