👋 Holis! I think as designer what I am really passionate about is changing the world. I am committed to creating positive impact. For me, the primary purpose of technology is to improve life. For that reason I try to help companies avoid destroying the world, and ask myself everyday, how can I design products to improve people’s lives? Many times I think, this is stupid, I can do it better! 😍 These are the things I learned about myself throughout my personal and professional life:• Life is about making choices and every choice is an act of design.• Leaders are people who do the right things; managers are people who do things right.• I am not your person if you think I can make your design beautiful. You need someone that believes on the "the peanut butter theory"; All UX experience in a thin layer at the top of the product. • Design is a process, not a result.• I create products of human technology that solve problems - not lead to more!• Bad design can anger, saddened, exclude, and kill.• I need to be 1% better every day.• The most common form of change is not internal, but external. We are changed by the world around us. Every habit or experience is context dependent.• The reason I listen to criticism is because it helps me improve. To me, being critical is being optimistic. • Only if we create good products will there be a social change and today, we have no choice. We have a social problem and not everyone recognizes it; therefore, I try to change that mentality.• I lead projects in an open and responsible way, and believe one of the great failures of technology is failure in leadership. • I think design leadership is differentiated by how every step in the process of developing solutions for problems from small to wicked is approached with a human-centered lens.• I usually open the debate, or express my opinion, if I don't agree with something because the trend and the debate have to be changed. Since I like to expose myself to different points of view, I obtain information from many sources, not just the one I want to hear.• I do not like working for companies that do not have regulated competition laws, such as digital privacy, or have short-term thinking, based on profit at all costs. • For me, the user is more important than the profits of the company.• I am responsible for what I design.
