I was involved in several due diligence projects in diversified industry sectors.The TS Advisory team performs due diligence projects, agreed upon procedures and other assistance related to the acquisition processes.I was involved in due diligence processes from the begining (i.e. data collecting and processing) to the end (i.e. report writing, discussions with the client).The target companies activated in various industries, from FMCG to real estate, medical services or other types of services. I was involved in smaller projects, were I made the most part of the analysis, but also in larger ones when we worked in a team and I analysed only few areas of the business. However, I consider that I learnt from each of the projects I was involved in, but I liked very much when I took part at the entire due diligence projects, especially negotiations and SPA drafting. During this period I was also involved in one operational project in a large insurance company and in one forensic investigation. -
